Shipping Schedule
We ship orders Monday-Friday, 8:00AM EST - 2:30PM EST. We will notify you when your order has been shipped and delivered.
PO, APO and FPO Box customers must provide a physical mailing address to use 2-Day, Next-Day, or Saturday Delivery.
Title to the merchandise and risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the common carrier, such as UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Hook & Tackle is NOT liable for any items lost, damaged or stolen in-transit. As such, we recommend that you purchase ROUTE insurance when you add a product to your cart. Upon validation of your claim, ROUTE will replace your lost, damaged, or stolen product at no additional cost to you. Coverage is secured via Roanoke Insurance Group Inc. and backed by underwriters at Lloyd’s. To file a claim, go to https://claims.route.com/.
Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments. Expedited shipping charges on the original order will NOT be refunded.
Our online store accepts orders with international addresses. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and customs charges. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In some regions you should allow additional delivery time due to customs delays.
If you are going to order by fax, just select your items online, print out the "Shopping Cart" page and be sure to include your e-mail address, shipping address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date, daytime phone number and method of shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment of phone and fax orders.
Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason not caused by our error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
Once the returned package is received, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Reshipment will require payment of the applicable shipping fees. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount only, less the original shipping costs and any return or handling fees, where applicable.
