Hook & Tackle Captain's Party - At Miami Dolphins Fins Weekend #Success May 26, 2016

For 20 years, Hook & Tackle has joined forces with the Miami Dolphins to put on its annual charity NFL event Fins Weekend in Miami Beach.

The Hook & Tackle Captain's Party had over 2000 people in attendance at the Miami Beach Marina . It is the largest attended event with players, coaches, alumni and cheerleaders.

The Funds from Fins Weekend benefits City Year Miami, which mentors kids to stay on track and graduate from school.One million dollars has been pledged to City Year.

"It is such a great feeling to give back and actually see the money raised go to work", says Stan Rudman of Hook & Tackle and Co-Chairman of the annual event.

Hook & Tackle's Stan Rudman received an honor (center) with Miami Dolphins CEO Tom Garfinkel and event fellow Co-Chairs.

 

Miami Dolphins NFL Pro Bowler Long Snapper John Denney went to his Hook & Tackle "Go To" Fishing Hat during the fishing tournament and it paid off in the weigh-in.

Miami Dolphins starting QB Ryan Tannehill sporting Hook & Tackle's Tunariffic sun protection long sleeve t-shirt and Old Glory Fishing Cap using his NFL throwing skills to toss Chum.
