You can return any product purchased only at https://www.hookandtackle.com that isn’t up to snuff, so long as you have not worn, washed or damaged it. You’ve got 30 days to do it. Simply return any item in its original condition, unused with its original tags attached for a refund and/or exchange. Final Sale Items (Sales & Clearance) cannot be exchanged or returned. If refund is initiated and original payment is no longer available, Hook & Tackle® Store Credit will be issued. Please inspect all merchandise for damage or defects within 72 hours of having received your order, and before the item is used or washed or you may risk voiding the warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us within 72 hours of receipt so we can prioritize your return. Return policy subject to change without notice. The return must be received at Hook & Tackle by no later than 14 business days after the return has been authorized or the return request will expire and any generated labels will become voided.
*** To promote the safety of our customers, neck gaiters and face masks will not be returnable. All sales are final.
To process a return or exchange:

- Complete the returns process in order to receive a return shipping label.

Please note, we will be responsible for return shipping costs for product(s) with a manufacturing defect or if you receive incorrect product (other than what was on your order). In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once the returns process is completed you will receive a United States Postal Service postage-paid return label excluding APO/FPO. Should you decide to use this U.S.P.S. postage-paid return label you are agreeing to pay a return service fee of $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you opt to select the carrier of your choice to return the package, for your protection, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide proof of delivery and insure the package for its full value. Hook & Tackle cannot replace or refund packages lost or damaged during transit of the return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
- International Orders:
International customers are responsible for all shipping and duty charges associated with returns. All packages returned from outside the United States must be pre-paid and sent via the carrier of your choice. For your protection, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insure the package for its full content value. Hook & Tackle cannot replace or credit packages lost during transit of the return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
STORE CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS:
Once the returns process is completed you will receive a United States Postal Service postage-paid return label excluding APO/FPO. Should you decide to use this U.S.P.S. postage-paid return label we will waive the return shipping label fee. In addition, you will receive 10% of the return value as additional store credit. You are agreeing to pay for the replacement shipping cost.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
If you return a product without first contacting our Returns Department at info@HookandTackle.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, your return can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and we may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion. If your unauthorized return has not been processed within 4 weeks, please send an email to info@HookandTackle.com.
